Then I use follow command for the troubleshooting:

root@frank:~# type /usr/sbin/openvassd
/usr/sbin/openvassd is /usr/sbin/openvassd                      //normal
root@frank:~# ldd /usr/sbin/openvassd | grep libopenvas
libopenvas_nasl.so.8 => /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libopenvas_nasl.so.8 (0x00007f756730b000)
libopenvas_base.so.8 => /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libopenvas_base.so.8 (0x00007f75670f8000)
libopenvas_misc.so.8 => /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libopenvas_misc.so.8 (0x00007f7566e5e000)
libopenvas_omp.so.8 => /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libopenvas_omp.so.8 (0x00007f7566c55000)                    //normal
root@frank:~# nm /usr/lib/libopenvas_base.so.8 | grep osp_param
nm: ‘/usr/lib/libopenvas_base.so.8’: No such file                //not normal the libopenvas8

So we need to install the libopenvas 8

root@frank: ~# apt-get install libopenvas8
